SEE supplementary examinations to be held on August 11 and August 12

KATHMANDU, July 8: Secondary Education Examination (SEE) supplementary (grade increase) examination is scheduled to be held in August. 


The Office of the Controller of Examinations of National Examinations Board (NEB) published a notice stating that the supplementary examination will be held on August 11 and August 12.

Students, who have obtained a final grade of 'C' or below 'C' will be eligible to take the supplementary examination.  NEB said that the students, who were previously absent for up to two subjects in SEE examinations, will also be allowed to take the supplementary examination. 


According to the notice, the form should be filled and submitted from the school to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by August 6 for the supplementary examinations.


Candidates, whose examination has been canceled will not be allowed to take the supplementary examination. Students, who have to take the supplementary exam of only one subject will have to take the exam on the first day. 


The result of SEE conducted from March 31 was announced on July 6. Out of the total students who took the SEE exam this year, 22,475 students scored 'A+' grade.
