KATHMANDU, May 3: Save the Children in Nepal has handed over 1743 sets of personal protective equipment (PPE) and essential health commodities to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) to support the government of Nepal to curb the spread of COVID-19.
At a program, the international organization handed over the medical aid to Minister for Health and Population Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal.

Save the Children is also in the process of procuring an additional 2000 medical kits.
In addition to this, Save the Children has been collaborating with government line-ministries in both the federal and local level to provide medical and non-medical supplies.
