Ruling alliance meeting underway in Baluwatar

KATHMANDU, July 15: A meeting of the ruling coalition is currently underway at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar as the term of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission is coming to an end. A meeting has been held to discuss whether to extend the term of the current office-bearers .

KATHMANDU, July 15: A meeting of the ruling coalition is currently underway at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar as the term of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission is coming to an end. A meeting has been held to discuss whether to extend the term of the current office-bearers .

Prime Minister and President of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba, Chairman of CPN (United Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal  and Vice Chairman of Rashtriya Janmorcha Durga Paudel are participating in the meeting.


Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav is not present in the meeting as he is attending his party’s meeting in Birganj. There are plans to hold a Cabinet meeting immediately after the coalition meeting.
