POKHARA, March 3: A Romanian citizen died after a glider met with an accident in Pokhara on Sunday afternoon.

The solo pilot lost his control in course of landing and plunged into the Fewa lake. The deceased has been identified as 42-year-old Ebe Chihjer.
Chihjer, who was seriously injured in the incident, was rushed to Fewa City Hospital in Pokhara, according to DSP Rabindra Gurung. The doctors pronounced him dead in course of treatment.
