RASUWA, July 18: A road connecting the Rasuwagadhi border point has been obstructed since this morning following landslides in the Tatopanidada area along the Syafrubesi-Rasuwagadhi road.
Vehicular movement has been disrupted following the rain-triggered landslides in the Tatopanidada area along the road, according to the District Police Office, Rasuwa.
Road to Rasuwagadhi border point disrupted for last three days
Rasuwgadhi area has witnessed heavy rainfall since Friday.
"Efforts are on to resume the road by clearing the debris," Deputy Superintendent of Police Indra Prasad Subedi told Republica Online.
Rasuwagadhi is Nepal's international border point with the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It is often obstructed during the rainy season due to landslides.
