RJP puts condition to vote in PM election

KATHMANDU, June 1: Rastriya Janata Party Nepal's leader Laxman Lal Karna has said the party would take part in the election of a new Prime Minister until the Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Centre) fully implemented agreement reached with the Madhes-centric parties during the formation of the incumbent government.

Talking to media persons at the Legislature-Parliament building today, he said, "First of all, the ruling parties need to clear the due they owe us." 


He was demanding the implementation of the three-point agreement that two current ruling parties signed with the then United Democratic Madhesi Front on last August 3 in course of the formation of the government. RSS
