KATHMANDU, October 13: The process of bringing the bodies of the Nepalis who lost their lives in Israel will encounter delays.
Tragically, due to the Israel-Hamas conflict, 10 Nepalis, who went after pursuing studies at Sudurpaschim University, lost their lives. Foreign Minister NP Saud has confirmed that they are in close coordination with the Israeli government to repatriate the remains of 10 deceased individuals back to Nepal.

He further explained that not only Nepalis but also individuals from other countries have lost their lives in Israel. Consequently, it will take some time to complete all necessary procedures, including the identification of the deceased, before the bodies can be repatriated to Nepal.
Minister Saud expressed, "The Israeli government has informed us that it will require some time to conclude all the essential procedures and facilitate the handover of the bodies. I kindly request the families to exercise patience during this period."
The situation remains sensitive, and efforts are underway to ensure that the deceased are returned to their families in Nepal.
