KATHMANDU, Mar 18: The Interpol has issued a red corner notice against Rajiv Gurung alias Deepak Manange, elected member of Provincial Assembly from Province 4.
Nepal Police headquarters had request Interpol to issue red corner notice against Manange after the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police reported he was out of the country.

Interpol issued the notice after Nepal Police sent copies of the court verdict and documents about Manange’s misdeeds.
According to the spokesperson of Nepal Police DIG Manoj Neupane, police from 192 countries will support Nepal Police to arrest Manage. “Manage is a fugitive and we are hunting him across the world,” Neupane said.
Earlier, Nepal Police had sent documents to the Interpol headquarters on February 22 to issue the notice, which Interpol had refused to issue.
The Supreme Court has upheld its verdict of five-year jail sentence against Manange, a wanted criminal by the Nepal Police. Manange along with three others have been convicted for attempted murder of Chakre Milan (Milan Gurung).
