In order to facilitate the passengers to reach their destinations quickly, the ministry started the express bus service from September 20 on the occasion of Constitution Day. But as this service could not be effective, it was suspended within a month.
While other public buses take 1.5 hours to reach Ratnapark-Suryabinayak, it is said that the express bus service will reach Suryabinayak from Ratnapark in 45 minutes. According to the Department of Transport Management, the express bus will charge the same fare as other public buses on the Ratnapark-Suryabinayak route.
