Ramindra Chhetri's album launched

KATHMANDU, April 11: The Army Officer’s Club proudly hosted the album launch of “Jeevan Sundar Chha” Volume I and II, by Brigadier General Ramindra Chhetri on Wednesday, April 11. Army Chief Chatra Man Singh graced the launched as the Chief Guest and congratulated Chhetri at the event.[break]



The album was released with the intention of raising fund for the establishment of a welfare organization for the physically incapacitated military personnel.



Chhetri shared his views at the ceremony saying, “I never imagined myself being involved in music but after having crossed 50 years of my life; I composed this as a part of my service to the country and my fellow army members have supported me to the fullest in this journey.”



The album has 16 songs of different genres that have been divided in to two volumes. The event also had the launching of four music videos that are a part of the album itself. At the same time, yet another music album composed by Army Band, titled, “Camp Fire” was also released.



Both the album team that of Chhetri and the Army Band performed at the launch ceremony.
