KATHMANDU, Oct 24: President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed Ramesh Chandra Poudel as Nepal’s Ambassador to Qatar.

Assistant spokesperson at the President’s Office, Basanta Prasad Panthi, said that President Paudel appointed Poudel as the resident ambassador to Qatar in accordance with Article 282 sub-section (1) of the Constitution of Nepal on Thursday.
