POKHARA, Sept 21:  Minister for Local Development Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has said that distraction of people to political parties, ministers and CA members has been increasing owing to lack of uncertainty in restoration of peace and constitution- making in the country.

Minister Rayamajhi made this remark while inaugurating a two-day seminar of LDOs, engineers and government and non government office representatives of the Western Region held in Pokhara, on Wednesday.[break]

On the occasion, he said people look upon everyone with hatred because of the wrongdoings of the political parties.

He said, however, the formation of the government under Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has raised a ray of hope among the people.

Rayamajhi said the country will get political stability only when peace process is completed and constitution made, and warned that otherwise, the country can plunge into a communal conflict.
