SURKHET, June 11: Parliamentary Party leader of Nepali Congress (NC) of Karnali Province Jiban Bahadur Shahi has said that the policy and programmes of the Karnali Province was just an imitation of the federal government’s policy and programmes.
Leader Shahi also termed the Karnali Province government’s policy and programmes unveiled on Saturday for the fiscal year 2075/076 BS just like a paper of the story.

Leader Shahi also claimed that the policy and programmes document is not serious and lacks plans adding that the policy and programmes has failed to grasp the geography and distinct features of the Karnali province. “There is no mechanism to implement the policy and programmes but the dreams have been offered,” he charged.
Shahi was of the opinion that there was no structure to collect the revenue meant for making the province government’s economy strong.
However, the province assembly lawmaker Dharma Raj Regmi said that the policy and programmes of the province government was in line with the commitment to development.
Likewise, province assembly member Kaushil Khatri the policy and programmes was expected to meet the long term needs of the people instead of the temporary ones. RSS
