KATHMANDU, Oct 9: President Ram Chandra Paudel has expressed his concern over matters pertaining to the rescue and safe return of Nepali nationals from Israel in the aftermath of the deadly attacks on Saturday, and the compensation to the bereaved families.
The president summoned Minister for Foreign Affairs, NP Saud, to his office on Monday and inquired about the situation of Nepali citizens in Israel. He also expressed his sorrow over the deaths of Nepali students in the Hamas attack and extended condolences to the bereaved families, according to his press advisor Kiran Pokhrel.

The head of the state, through the minister, drew the government's attention towards the urgency to ensure special medical care of those injured in the attack, wishing for their quick recovery. He also instructed the government to ensure the safe return of Nepalis from Israel.
