KATHMANDU, Aug 25: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Joint Secretary at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tara Prasad Pokhrel, as the Ambassador to Brazil.
Pokhrel was appointed Ambassador in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution as per the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, said the Office of the President. RSS
