The Prime Minister will address the people within this week after the Tihar festival, said PM's political advisor Bishnu Rimal.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was all set to address in the name of the nation and the people at this time of crisis the country is facing.
It is learnt that PM Oli is bringing programs in favor of the earthquake victims and is preparing to resolve the ongoing crisis created by the blockade.
