It is not yet clear whether Oli would return to the parliament building to attend the first meeting of the reinstated House of Representatives (HoR).

The first meeting of the reinstated HoR which was to begin at 4 PM earlier today is yet to commence amid confusions following the Supreme Court’s verdict to scrap the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) registered in the name of KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal, giving the party to little-known Rishi Kattel who had registered Nepal Communist Party at the Election Commission much before the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) was registered in the names of Oli and Dahal in May 2018.
