BHAKTAPUR, Jan 11: Prime Minister KP Oli is set to inaugurate the 22nd National Earthquake Safety Day on the premises of the Bhaktapur Durbar Square on Jan 16.
The event is being organized by Bhaktapur Municipality. Prior to the event, a march led by Sunil Prajapati, mayor of Bhaktapur Municipality, will pass through Pukhu, Gachhe, Sakolan, Dattartraya,
Golmadi, Sukuldhoka, and Tripura Sundari, before reaching the premises of the Durbar Square.

Likewise, the students of Khwopa College will show dramas and skits during the march. Also, Nepal Scout will give presentations on disaster management.
Similarly, deputy mayor of Bhaktapur Municipality, Rajani Joshi, will led another march which will start from Bhajya. The march will reach the Durbar Square premises covering Inaga, Bhawarcho, Tekhapukhu, Banshagopal, Nasmana, Talakwa, Taumadi, Kwache and Sakotha of Bhaktapur.
During the march, Bhaktapur Municipality Disaster Management Committee will give presentations on fire control, while the Red Cross Society will also give special presentations.
The march will see a participation of the members of the organizing committee, Nepal Army, Metropolitan Police Circle, Jagati;
Armed Police Force, local representatives, Nepal Red Cross Society, student troops of Nepal Scout and various cultural groups.
