PM Oli congratulates Pak’s new PM

KATHMANDU, Aug 19:  Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has congratulated Imran Khan for being elected as the new prime minister of Pakistan. Khan was elected by the Pakistani parliament as the new prime minister on Friday while he took the oath of office on Saturday.

KATHMANDU, Aug 19:  Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has congratulated Imran Khan for being elected as the new prime minister of Pakistan. Khan was elected by the Pakistani parliament as the new prime minister on Friday while he took the oath of office on Saturday.

In a message sent to Khan, Prime Minister Oli recalled friendly relations between Nepal and Pakistan and wished Khan for his successful tenure as the prime minister of Pakistan, according to a press statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 


PM Oli also expressed hope that bilateral relations between Nepal and Pakistan will be further strengthened during the tenure of Khan.
