KATHMANDU, March 27: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital late Thursday with complaints of chest pain and breathing difficulty.
Oli's chief political advisor Bishnu Rimal told Republica Online on Friday morning that the prime minister is undergoing treatment at TUTH. "PM Oli will be discharged from the hospital by today evening," Rimal said.
PM's press advisor Surya Thapa said referring to Dr Dibya Singh Shah that the prime minister was admitted to TUTH after his heartbeat was found irregular.

Oli had undergone a successful kidney transplant for second time in the first week of March.
Samikshya Sangraula, the prime minister’s niece had donated her right kidney for the transplant. It was Oli’s second kidney transplant. The first was in 2007 at an Indian hospital.
He was discharged from TUTH on March 14 after spending 12 days in hospital.
The doctors had advised him to maintain a distance while meeting people.
