KATHMANDU, Aug 30: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel on Tuesday held a meeting to discuss the matters relating to the amendment of constitution by bringing the Madhes-centric parties into confidence.
The meeting that held at the Prime Minister's official residence, Baluwatar also touched on the contentious issues hovering over the restructuring of local bodies, the Secretariat of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal said.
Meanwhile, Poudel's aide Chiranjibi Adhikari said the meeting between the Prime Minister and the Congress leader focused on the discussions about the constitution amendment and demands of the Madhes-centric parties who are unhappy with some provisions in the new constitution.RSS
