KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is addressing the nation from his office in Singha Durbar.
Upon completion of his one-year term as the country's Head of State, Prime Minister Dahal is addressing the nation from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the PM's secretariat stated.
