RASUWA, Aug 3: A pilgrim heading toward Gosainkunda died on the way after being buried by a landslide. The deceased has been identified as Namrata Karki of Chandrpur Municipality-1, Rautahat.
DSP Santosh Tamang confirmed that 35-year-old Karki died during the incident at Mini-Gorainkunda-6 of Rasuwa district whereas another trekker Rama Acharya has been injured.

Twenty-seven pilgrims from Rautahat were heading to Gosaikunda when the incident took place.
Altogether 10 individuals have died whereas 13 have been injured in landslides in the district within a month.
