KATHMANDU, Oct 19: The Patan High Court has issued a short-term interim order regarding the Gaushala Dharamshala dispute at Pashupatinath.


On Friday, the single bench of Judge Dal Kumar Khadka issued a short-term interim order and called both parties for discussions regarding whether to grant the interim order or not.

The Patan High Court has issued a short-term interim order to prevent the immediate removal of the Marwadi Service Committee from the Pashupati Dharamshala.


The Marwadi Sewa Samiti filed a writ petition naming 15 defendants, including the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT).


The PADT canceled its agreement with the Marwadi Sewa Samiti to operate the Gaushala Dharamshala and instead entered into a contract with the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
