BHAKTAPUR, Nov 2: Nepal Workers and Peasants’ Party Chairman Narayanman Bijukchhe has said the country should go for new parliamentary elections, not for Constituent Assembly elections.

“Nowhere else in the world has a dissolved Constituent Assembly been ever revived. Here in Nepal, we can end the political crisis by reinstating parliament,” Bijukchhe argued. [break]

Speaking at a program in here in the district on Friday, Bijukche also insisted that the current government cannot bring a full fiscal budget.

He, however, said the government should be allowed to bring a partial budget for economic relief in the country and added that the president should not come in the way of such a budget.
