Paragliding competition next week

POKHARA, Feb 11: The 11th Open Paragliding Competition will be held next week in Pokhara. Western regional chapter of the Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN) is organizing the competition to boost tourism through adventure sports.



The competition is scheduled for February 18 - 20. One hundred and fifty pilots are expected to take part in the competition.



Sixty-nine paragliders, including 34 Nepalis, had participated in the last edition of the competition.
