Tharshe Khadka, 35, was charred to death by the fire that began from a nearby community forest. Over 50 houses were gutted.
The firebreak was not taken under control until Thursday. Locals are facing a tough time to extinguish the fire due to strong winds.
In the meantime, Chief District Officer of Dang Hari Prasad Banstola, along with a troupe of policemen, has left for the village along with relief materials.
