KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Police arrested a man from Indrachowk, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-24, with cash totaling Rs 3.98 million from undeclared source and two mobile phones. They apprehended Madhav Shrestha, 48, a resident of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-15, Chitwan, currently living in Tokha, Kathmandu, on Sunday afternoon.
