He was immediately rushed to the Universal College of Medical Sciences Hospital for treatment. Police and board staff looked after him throughout his stay at the hospital, as well as paying his medical bills.
A press release issued by the board stated the man was handed over to his friend in Rishikesh (India), after the treatment.
