KATHMANDU, July 19: Nepal Telecom (NT) has said that its customers do not have to pay additional charge while activating different supplementary services.
Issuing a statement on Tuesday, the state-owned telecommunication operator said that it has made activation of different services free.

“Services like Caller ID, Call Divert, Call Transfer, Abbreviated Dialing and Busy Transfer, among others, are now free for customers,” the company said in the statement.
NT has requested its customers to visit the nearest telecom office to activate the services free of cost.
