KATHMANDU, Feb 21: National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has appointed actors Sitaram Kattel (Dhurmus) and Kunjana Ghimire (Suntali) as its goodwill ambassadors.
The 48th meeting of the NRA executive Committee on Tuesday decided to appoint Dhurmus and Suntali as the goodwill ambassadors for encouraging integrated settlement development during the reconstruction of the settlements destroyed by the devastating earthquake of April 25, 2015.
Ex-ambassadors call for evaluating ambassadors’ performance
The NRA has said that the two actors are appointed goodwill ambassadors to honor their effort in reconstruction and development of integrated settlements.
Likewise, the meeting decided to provide the second tranche of the reconstruction grant by March 28 to the households which had received the first tranche earlier than January 13.
