KATHMANDU, June 19: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed non-resident ambassadors to Ethiopia and the Maldives on Monday.

On the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, President Bhandari appointed Nepal's ambassador to Egypt, Jhabindra Prasad Aryal, as the non-resident ambassador to Ethiopia and ambassador to Sri Lanka Prof Bishwambhar Pyakurel as non-resident ambassador to the Maldives, the Office of the President stated today.
