Nomination of party members not a biased decision: Chairman Lindgen

KATHMANDU, Jan 12: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has claimed that he was not biased in his decision to nominate some of the party members.

KATHMANDU, Jan 12: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has claimed that he was not biased in his decision to nominate some of the party members. 


Addressing the oath-taking ceremony of the newly-elected members at the party’s office on Wednesday, Chairman Lingden said that he nominated the party members in a fair way and said that other people are accusing him of being biased in the selection, which is not true. He said that he will present the party in a strong manner on both the streets and election front in the upcoming days.

Lingden said that the party will move ahead with the restoration of the monarchy, and  Hindu state, and issues of anti-corruption, livelihood and other issues related to employment.


He said that the nominees for the party have not been filled yet and will be done on the basis of gender, inclusiveness and proportionality. He also said that the number of women in the party would be completed as per the party’s statute.
