New constitution should be effectively implemented: Dr Bhattarai

LALITPUR, Aug 27: Coordinator of the Naya Shakti Party, Dr Baburam Bhattarai, has said that rights of people ensured in the new constitution should be effectively implemented. 



Addressing a sapling plantation programme organised by the Green Kathmandu Clean Kathmandu Campaign and Jyotidaya Association here today, Coordinator Dr. Bhattarai said that the new constitution should be amended by addressing Tarai-Madhes agitation. 



Also the former Prime Minister, Bhattarai pointed out the need of determining area of village units and municipalities by determining delineation of federal provinces. 



He further said that it would be better to hold three-level election implementing the new constitution. RSS
