KATHMANDU, Oct 5: The Nepali national cricket team has returned home after participating in the 19th Asian Games.
The Nepali cricket team, which lost to India in the quarterfinals, returned home on Thursday. The team was welcomed at the Tribhuvan International Airport with musical bands.

Talking to the media persons at the airport, Rohit Kumar Paudel, the captain of the cricket team, said that the match was good even though the result was not as expected. He said that Nepal had to lose to India due to weakness in fielding in the last over.
Cricketer Dipendra Singh Airee said he was very happy to break the record. He made a record half-century in just 9 balls in the match against Mongolia.
