The deceased has been identified as Dil Bahadur Gharti Magar, 28, of Beni Municipality – 13 in Myagdi. He is survived by a wife, a son, a daughter, mother, father and three siblings.
His body has been kept at the Hamad Hospital for the past one week.
Preparations are underway to return his body to Nepal, said Prem Rasaili, Coordinator of the Non Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Qatar Chapter.
Qatar Branch of the Myagdi residents' association has appealed to the government through the Nepali Embassy for necessary relief including insurance money to Gharti's bereaved family. RSS
