KATHMANDU, March 30: Nepal Telecom (NT) has said that was introducing talk-time loan service for its subscribers.
Issuing a statement, NT said the service will start within the next five months. To provide the service, NT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hemant Trade Centre Pvt Ltd, a local agent of Tiaxa of Hong Kong. Kamini Rajbhandari, managing director of NT and Hemanta Agarwal, director of Hemanta Trade Centre Pvt Ltd, signed the MoU to this effect on behalf of their respective companies.

“GSM and CDMA will automatically get top-up if their balance gets nil while making call. The airtime credit service will help the customers to continue the talk without any interruption.
The company will not charge any additional amount for using the service. The company will deduct the loan amount customers have used after they recharge their phone,” NT said in the statement.
