Nepails are facing difficulties despite earlier agreement on free movement of peoples of both countries within 30 kilometers of boundaries of both the nations.
The Chinese officials are asked to implement the agreement and allow the Nepalis´ free movement.
Pokhrel said the Nepali delegation drew attention of the Chinese officials regarding the obstruction of the Chinese goods via Tatopani transit point after the Chinese transportation companies and laborers increased the fares.
According to Pokhrel, the government officials from both sides have started talks from 12 noon today to ease goods transportation.
