KATHMANDU, April 29: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has postponed the release of its white paper indefinitely. The authority had planned to issue the white paper to present the work done and the financial status during the tenure of the dismissed managing director, Kulman Ghising. However, sources from the authority have confirmed the postponement for now.
