KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said the Nirmal murder-rape case has raised a serious question on the efficiency of the government.
Speaking at the Parliament’s winter session that began from Wednesday leader Dahal stated that the Nirmala case is an inhuman, grave and condemnable case.

“The Nirmala case is a serious, inhuman and condemnable issue which has questioned the government’s efficiency and it should be sorted out without further delay,” said Dahal.
“Nirmala case has made us sensitive,” Dahal said, admitting lapses on the part of the government in the course of investigation into the case.
Meanwhile, he expressed optimism that the security agencies now are near conclusion regarding the Nirmala case expressing optimism that the real culprit would be booked soon.
