Kathmandu, Feb 15: The Nepali Congress (NC) manifesto that was earlier scheduled to be made public today has been postponed to Wednesday. According to the revised schedule, the manifesto will now be unveiled in Janakpur.
Party spokesperson Devraj Chalise said the manifesto release program that had been set for Sunday at the party office in BP Nagar, Sanepa, has been deferred.

He said the party will begin its election campaign rally from Janakpurdham of Madhesh Province on the 6th, and the manifesto will be released at the same event.
The Election Commission has already given political parties time until Sunday to submit their manifestos for the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5.
Spokesperson Chalise said the manifesto will be submitted to the Election Commission on Sunday, but the public release will take place on Wednesday.
