NC takes lead in Phidim Municipality

PHIDIM, June 30:  Nepali Congress is taking lead with 27 votes in the local level elections in Phidim Municipality.

PHIDIM, June 30:  Nepali Congress is taking lead with 27 votes in the local level elections in Phidim Municipality.


Mayoral candidate of Nepali Congress Onahang Nembang has got 1,240 votes while his immediate rival of CPN-UML candidate Raj Kumar Bhandari got 1,213 votes.

Similarly, CPN (Maoist Center) mayoral candidate Radha Krishan Neupane got 921 votes.


Similarly, for the post of deputy mayor of NC candidate Urmila Shrestha secured 1,142 votes, UML candidate Muna Nembang 1,268 votes while Ramuna Lakandri of Maoist Center got 937 votes.
