NC leader Deuba urges protesting parties for dialogue

KATHMANDU, Dec 5: Nepali Congress senior leader and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged protesting parties for dialogue by giving up all protesting programmes.

While inaugurating the First Conference of Central Tourism Department near to party in the capital today, leader Deuba stressed on resolving the problems surfed in the country due to ongoing protest and blockade.He added that the right demands of the Madhes-based parties should be resolved even by amending the constitution. Former Prime Minister Deuba further added that implementation of the recently promulgated constitution was the main challenge of the hour however; the constitution has ensured the rights of women and marginalized community.

In another context, leader Deuba urged youth to promote tourism development as the nation was rich in the area.

Similarly, NC leader Bimalendra Nidhi stressed on the unity among the political parties to sort out the problems caused by Madhes protest and blockade.

NC central working committee member Man Bahadur Bishwakarma pointed out the need of extending trade agreement with other countries by taking lessons from recent border blockade imposed by India.

Likewise, party CC member and chief at the Tourism Department Kishor Singh Rathor said that industrializing the tourism sector was crucial for economic development of the nation. RSS
