The meeting also has clarified that the party's Tanahun district Working Committee having Baikuntha Nath Neupane as the President and Jeet Prakash Ale as the acting President and its subordinate committees were authentic and legitimate. Citing the reference of the formation of another working committee in Tanahun, the meeting has decided that it would be a blatant violation of party discipline and is subject to punitive actions if any unauthorized and unlawful activities are attempted.

NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba chaired the meeting. Next meeting of the CWC will take place at 2.00 pm on 28 August, informed NC party office chief secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel.
