NC decides to support CPN (Maoist Center) for new govt

KATHMANDU, July 13: Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to support CPN (Maoist Center) for formation of the new government.  



A meeting of the Central Working Committee (CWC) of the party held at Parliament Building on Wednesday decided to that effect, according to a Central Member, Pradip Poudel.



The meeting decided to file a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Poudel told Republica Online, adding that the meeting also endorsed the seven-point agreement reached with CPN (Maoist Center).



At the beginning of the meeting, NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba had read aloud the deal reached with the CPN (Maoist Center) and had requested the CWC to endorse it.
