KATHMANDU, July 18: The Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting of the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) being held on Tuesday is set to be broadcast live as per the proposal of the party President Sher Bahadur Deuba.
NC Joint General Secretary Farmullah Mansoor has informed that this meeting will be broadcast live on the party's Facebook page, following a proposal by President Sher Bahadur Deuba.

During a meeting of the party's Office Bearers held at the residence of NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba in Dhumbarahi, President Deuba suggested that the meeting be held 'live'. Mansoor stated, "Although it is not an agenda item, the chairman has proposed it. There are pros and cons to consider. However, it appears that the meeting will be streamed live following the president's proposal."
The NC has outlined various 10 agenda for the CWC meeting. The first agenda will cover current affairs, including discussions on economic, social, foreign affairs, good governance, and other pertinent issues. Additionally, the meeting will present the organizational action plan and schedule as the second agenda.
The third agenda entails approving the decisions made during the performance committee meeting and presenting the report of the election mobilization committee led by Gopal Man Shrestha. Furthermore, the meeting will decide the date and venue for the policy convention. Among other matters, discussions will be held regarding the expansion of 27 departments, including their names and areas of work. The meeting will also announce the party's nationwide campaign and submit the report of the disciplinary committee led by Anand Dhungana.
