The plane had left for Faplu in the district from Kathmandu earlier in the day.
According to NA no human casualties have been reported.
The plane was comandeered by Capt D Pradhan.
After heavy storm at Faplu airport made it difficult for the plane to stay there, it was taken to Kangel.
