Chandramaya Oli, 30, was found dead with her two-year-old son Randip and five-year-old daughter Bijayashanti on Tuesday at the Jhinjhari community forest near her house in Buchnapur of Mahadevpuri-2, Banke.
Chandramaya had quarreled with her husband Tek Bahadur over medical treatment on Sunday.
Chandramaya fed her children with poisoned noodles. She was suffering from bone ailment for a long time.
Locals say poverty was the reason behind the suicide.
