Weather experts have predicted the moderate and heavy rainfall being experienced across the country to continue for a few more days.

According to Barun Poudel, meteorologist at Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) of Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM), monsoon is in full swing now after a delay and weak start.

"For the last two days, monsoon activities have remained more pronounced in eastern and western districts and the impact is being felt in the central region as well. As to my knowledge, this range of moderate to heavy rainfall will at least continue for one more day," said Poudel.

Our lensmen visited various places of the capital to capture woes brought by the rainfall.
