KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday to participate in the Miss Universe Nepal program. She was welcomed by the organizers at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).
Palacios arrived in Kathmandu from Zimbabwe along with three other members in her team. During her first-visit to Nepal, she expressed her brief response to the media at the TIA that she is happy to come to Nepal.

This is the first time that the current winner of the international women’s beauty pageant has arrived in Nepal. Palacios and her team will stay in Nepal for three days. Palacios is a prominent model from Nicaragua and also the winner of Miss Universe 2023.
The finale of Miss Universe Nepal will be held on September 7 Saturday at the Hyatt Hotel. This year's version of Miss Universe Nepal is going to be organized by Global Glamor for the first time. A total of 22 finalists will be competing for the title.
